Assistant Production Manager

01 Responsibilities
- Proper execution of the production manager's instructions and production scheduling
- Guiding personnel and ensuring the smooth operation of the production line
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the production area
- Supervising product packaging processes
- Monitoring and ordering raw materials, packaging materials, and spare parts, as well as evaluating new materials
- Monitoring the proper operation of equipment and machinery, and scheduling necessary maintenance
- Planning the loading and unloading of materials and products

02 Profile
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position (experience in extrusion or masterbatch processes is highly desirable)
- Degree in Engineering / Technology
- Good command of English
- Proficient in PC use and ERP systems
