01 Responsibilities
- Maintaining and increasing sales of company products
- Reaching the targets and goals set for the area of responsibility
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding customer network
- Servicing requests and handling complaints of existing customers
- Maintaining and updating approved price lists
- Monitoring credit and pricing policies
- Compiling and analysing sales figures
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Identifying Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Conducting market research to create strategic plans
- Reporting to senior management
- Participating in International Exhibitions
- Recruiting and training sales staff
- Monitoring team performance and motivating to reach targets

02 Profile
- Work experience of minimum 5 years in a similar position (preferably in chemical sector)
- Studies in Business Administration or similar field
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Knowledge of French would be considered as an asset
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Good planning and organisational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate and lead a team
- Good IT, budget and report writing skills
- Availability to travel abroad
